- •1.Patient below 30 and above 70 yrs of age.
- •2.Blood clotting disorder.
- •3.Severe anemia.
- •4.Allergic reaction to active substances of leech such as hirudine calin hyaluronidase egline kollagenage apyrase destabilase piyavit etc.
- •5. Pregnancy.
- •6.Patient suffering from disease like diabetes Carcinoma Psoriatic arthritis Vatarakta S.L.E R.A &Tuberculosis.
