入选标准
- •1. Male and female subjects aged 18 years & above.
- •2. Newly Diagnosed T2DM patients or recently
- •diagnosed T2DM patients within 6 months of
- •study participation
- •3. Availability of complete socio-demographic and
- •clinical data relevant to the purpose of the
- •4. Subjects willing to provide informed written consent
排除标准
- •1. Patients diagnosed with T1DM
- •2. A record of any amount of liquor consumption
- •3. Female patients who were pregnant or breast
- •feeding during the study time period
- •4. Non-pharmacologically treated diabetes or Past
- •record of traditional medicine ingestion
- •5. A past record of acute hepatitis (Hep A, B, C,
- •Amoebic liver disease) of any cause within 6
- •months to dismiss any information bias related
- •to abnormal (Liver function test) LFT findings
- •6. Chronic Liver Disease or an ongoing history of
- •Wilson disease, hemochromatosis, autoimmune
- •hepatitis, and alpha 1- antitrypsin deficiency
- •7. Malignancy which might involve liver
- •8. Subjects with any other illness or health
- •condition which in the opinion/medical
- •judgement of the study investigator makes the
- •subject ineligible to participate in the study.
