- •no significant cognitive problem (Mini-Mental Status Examination score>24
- •maximal tongue pressure < 40kpa

- •Secondary stroke
- •measurement and exercise were not possible because orofacial muscle strength was at 0 kPa
- •trigeminal neuropathy
