入选标准
- •(a) with a diagnosis of knee PTOA, X-ray stages II and III osteoarthritis according to the criteria proposed by Kellgren and Lawrence,
- •(b)age 18-65,
- •(c)understood Chinese and be willing to participate in this study.
排除标准
- •(a) with non-traumatic causes of knee OA or other causes of knee joint dysfunction,
- •(b)with severe osteoporosis or severe intra-articular infection, joint tuberculosis, tumor,
- •(c)with psychiatric disorders or other cognitive impairments,
- •(d)pregnant or breastfeeding women,
- •(e)with having used anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs within 1 month before enrollment.
