•1. meet the diagnostic criteria of western medicine:
•(1) clinical manifestations: slow onset, mostly in the middle-aged and elderly obese people, mostly on one side, with a history of several months or years; pain in the heel, aggravated by walking; typical people stand up in the morning or sit up for a long time, severe pain in the heel, relieved after walking for a while, but aggravated after walking or standing for a long time;
•(2) signs: no Obvious swelling or slight swelling, tenderness on the metatarsal surface or side of the calcaneus; if the calcaneus is hyperosteogeny, the bony process can be touched;
•(3) X-ray manifestations: hyperosteogeny is common.
