- •Aminoamide lidocaine allergy
- •Hypertension
- •Hyperthyroid
- •Cardiac surgery
- •Breast feeding
- •Difficult airway
- •Patients who recieve amiodarone, beta blocker, cimetidine, mexiletine, phenytoin
- •Endotracheal intubation time > 30 sec or Endotracheal intubation more than 1 attempt
