入选标准
- •Patients over 18 years of age, Both sexes, Aware of the diagnosis of cancer in an incurable condition;,Karnofsky performance scale equal to or greater than 40%, Who wish to talk about their end-of-life wishes, Who are cognitively able to understand the Go wish cards proposal and its subsequent approaches (a brief assessment will be made by the researcher with questions such as time, space, full name, age)
排除标准
- •Patients with dementia syndromes or patients with a psychiatric diagnosis that prevent adequate reflection and conduct of research demands, such as Depression, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Affective Disorder and Panic Syndrome; Delirium patients; Patients with limitations to effective communication with the researcher, such as aphasia, dysarthria and dysfunctional phonation due to the disease or therapy; Patients with impaired hearing that prevent them from adequately understanding the questions asked by the researcher
