入选标准
- •1.30-60 years of age
- •2.Give informed consent.
- •3.Patient with moderate to severe periodontitis with probing pocket depth >= 5mm
- •4.>=20 teeth present
- •5.Systemically healthy patients
排除标准
- •1.Pregnant or lactating women
- •3.Undergone periodontal therapy in last 6 months
- •4.Received antimicrobial therapy(local and/or systemic) in last 6 months
- •5.Patients who were taking or had consumed anti-inflammatory agent in last 3 months.
- •6.Patients with any systemic disorder affecting periodontal health.
- •7. Regular users of mouthwash
