简要总结
50 primigravidae will be selected as per case proforma. Individuals will be observed and questioned as a part of history taking. Accordance with the proforma, an anatomical and physiological changes related to Garbhini Gurugatrata will be analyzed to validate the Ayurvedic perspective of Masanumashika Garbha Vridhi.
Acharya Charak mentioned specific changes during the second trimester of pregnancy in masanumasik garbha vriddhi. He quoted that garbhini experienced Gurugatratva during 4th month and Chakrapani commented that this Gurugatratva is due to garbh sthiratva compared to third month of pregnancy.
So, this study enlight the ayurvedic perspective of pregnancy with the help of modern science which is beneficial for the future ayurvedic research scholars and students.

入选标准
- •50 cases will be taken between the age group of 25 years to 35 years.
- •Cases will be followed from the OPD coming under the ante-natal care.
- •Healthy Garbhini.
- •Pregnant women preferably primigravida will be included in study.
排除标准
- •Cases will not be taken below the age group of 25 years and above the age of 35 years.
- •Cases having congenital anomalies, genetic disorders, prehistory of any chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, thyroid, tuberculosis, any kind of infection or inflammation.
- •Subjects not willing to participation in the study will be excluded.
