入选标准
- •1. Early sub-acute ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke (2 weeks post-stroke)
- •2. First ever stroke
- •3. Diagnosed with moderate to severe unilateral arm-hand motor impairments
- •(Fugl-Meyer Upper Extremity score < 25 at screening at 10 (+- 4) days
- •post-stroke)
- •4. Overage
- •5. Sufficient finger extension to allow placement of tactile stimulation
- •modules under the fingertips
- •6. Sufficient comprehension to consent to participate and understand study
- •instructions
- •7. (to be referred to) arm-hand rehabilitation program at the Adelante
- •Rehabilitation Center in Hoensbroek
排除标准
- •1. Non-stroke related somatosensory and motor co-morbidity that may interfere
- •with arm-hand function
- •2. Bilateral motor impairments
- •3. MRI contraindications (pacemaker, claustrophobia, vein clip, pregnancy, etc.)
- •4. Not able to understand or sign informed consent
- •5. Severe cognitive impairments and/or aphasia that interfere with the
- •patient's ability to read or understand the study instructions
