入选标准
- •1. Patients diagnosed with refractory glaucoma or uncontrolled glaucoma, IOP is not fully controlled with medication or surgery. Patients can't restore vision and patients with conditions unsuitable for surgical treatment.
- •2. IOP more than or equal 21 mmHg.
- •3. MP-TSCPC can be performed superior and inferior hemispheres.
- •4. Age 18-80 years.
- •5. Patients who consent to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •1) Patients who have undergone any procedure to reduce IOP in the past 3 months, e.g. laser therapy, Surgery to open the anterior chamber drainage or drainage tube in the anterior chamber.
- •2) Have area of scleral or conjunctival thinning more than one clock hour.
- •3) Patients who are unable to follow up on treatment results.
