- •1.Subjects with moderate -severe periodontitis with clinical attachment loss of > 5 mm at 5 or more sites.
- •2.Having no systemic disease.
- •3.No periodontal therapy other than standard prophylaxis during the previous six months
排除标准
- •1.Any bacterial infection.
- •2.Those with diabetics
- •3.Pregnant women/ lactating mother.
- •4.Patients who were on antibiotic prophylaxis
- •5.Those who regularly use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication
- •6.Patients who smoke or chew any form of tobacco
