•aged 60 years old and older hospitalized elderly Kahrizak Charity Hospice, Tehran, Iran; the minimum length of stay of patients in the past 3 months; good mental health (score greater than 7 brief survey of psychological tests AMT); clients with Alzheimer's disease is not (according to diagnosis recorded in the records of patients); person interested and have the desire to participate in the study; clients with serious health conditions that cause their transfer to the intensive care unit will be missed; during research client not leave temporary more than one week; during study patient do not take part at the same time in other experimental research; the patient is able to speak and understand the Farsi language; patient hearing and vision is such that the aids is able to communicate with others and participate in meetings. Exclusion criteria: temporary leaving the center more than one week during the intervention; impaired psychological condition; reluctance of clients to continue to participate in the study; acute physical illnesses that lead to the transfer of the patient to the intensive care unit or hospital.
