- •Women and Men over 18 years of age; Presence of chronic low back pain (more than 12 weeks); Body mass index (BMI) < 30 kg/m2
排除标准
- •Volunteers who have specific low back pain; Sacroiliac joint pain; Congenital malformation; Recent or lumbar spine surgeries; Neurological problems and pregnant women; Volunteers who have illnesses that prevent them from performing the protocol exercises; Who have performed physical training for at least 48 hours before the assessments
