- •Single level fusion was performed between L3 and S1
- •Symptomatic lumbar disk herniation combined with segmental instability, degenerative spondylolisthesis, or lumbar stenosis requiring facetectomy and fusion
- •Failure of at least 6 weeks of conservative therapy.
排除标准
- •Previous spinal surgery at index level or active infection
- •spinal deformity required surgical intervention
- •Grade III, IV spondylolisthesis
- •severe internal medical/autoimmune diseases
