简要总结

To evaluate both sides of the common carotid artery, renal artery, and femoral artery in Hypertension patient that cause of systemic arterial hypertension and/or the effects of target organ damage, both structural and functional markers.

详细描述

The study of the first degree, both sides in some of the aortic branch group, the effect and/or cause of systemic arterial hypertension compared to normotension. According to the theory of systemic arterial hypertension, the arterial resistance and high blood volume flow causing systemic arterial hypertension, the cause of arterial resistance and high blood volume flow evaluation may trace back to the possible actual cause of systemic arterial hypertension by backward investigation. Despite the fact that target organ damage is the crucial maneuver of hypertension evaluation, both sides of the common carotid artery, renal artery, and femoral artery may cause systemic arterial hypertension and may imply that feasible to predict the end organ of stroke, ESRD, and amputated-type arterial occlusion, respectively.

This study belongs to 2 questions

  1. Can the main aortic branch be evidence of a cause of systemic arterial hypertension following high resistance and/or high fluid flow by theory?
  2. Can the main aortic branch be a marker of evidence of endpoint organ damage?

入选标准

  • Adults ≥18 years with diagnosed hypertension by a clinician, both untreated and treated, including successfully treated participants.
  • Imaging evidence of at least 1 list of
  • Common carotid artery
  • Renal artery
  • Femoral artery

排除标准

  • Fatal pathology and imaging
  • Pediatric or pregnant participants
  • Small vessel angiogram
  • Intravascular endoscopy
  • Intra-operative estimation

The group of hypertensive patients were underwent in angiographic imaging such as ultrasonography, CR/MR, real-time intravascular contrast media angiography of any side of Common Carotid Artery.

Median of diameter of common carotid artery, renal artery and femoral artery in hypertension patients.

时间窗: 1 years

Radiographic measurement includes ultrasonography, CT/MR imaging, and intravascular contrast media imaging that measure the diameter in cm. unit of any side of common carotid artery and/or renal artery and/or femoral artery in hypertension patients.
