- •Patients suffering from systemic diseases like uncontrolled DM,TB,HIV,Hepatitis.
- •Patients having associated anorectal diseases having similar features like Polyp,carcinoma rectum,sentinal tag, external Haemorrhoids.
- •Patients having HB less than 7gm/dl
