- •Adult male or female patients capable of giving consent
- •- Age 18 - 80 years
- •- Present informed consent to participate in the study.
- •- Group 1 PsA
- •o Diagnosis of PsO (clinical and/or histological)
- •o Diagnosis of PsA according to CASPAR criteria
- •- Group 2 PsO
- •o Diagnosis of PsO (clinical and/or histological)
排除标准
- •- Pregnancy
- •- Heavy physical activity
- •- Other previous musculoskeletal disease (such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis)
- •- Tumor disease, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney, gastrointestinal, or liver disease
- •- Group 1 PsA
- •o Pre-treatment or ongoing therapy with bDMARD and/or tsDMARD.
- •- Group 2 PsO
- •o Diagnosis/family history of rheumatic disease.
- •o tendon pain, joint swelling
- •o Pre-treatment or ongoing therapy with bDMARD and/or tsDMARD.
- •- Group 3 Healthy individuals
- •o diagnosis/family history of rheumatic disease
- •o Diagnosis of PsO/PsA
