入选标准
- •Employees working in the University, aged between 20 and 40 years, of both sexes, with active trigger points in the superior trapezius muscle of the dominant side, with pains for at least 3 months, sedentary and using the computer daily.
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria consist of: participants who have undergone some surgical procedure in the last 3 months in the region of the neck and shoulders, who are taking some pain medication and participants who have a medical diagnosis of fibromyalgia, who present with a cognitive problem, pregnant, individuals with shoulder endoprostheses, tumors, acute post-trauma shoulder or cervical sequelae, thrombophlebitis, varicose veins and diabetes.
