入选标准
- •Patients aged 20–80 years who are scheduled to undergo radical cystectomy under general anesthesia and who provide written informed consent after receiving an explanation of the study.
排除标准
- •Patients with a history of opioid or analgesic use; evidence of infection at the planned nerve block site; current use of anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin or direct oral anticoagulants [DOACs]) or antiplatelet agents (e.g., clopidogrel); coagulopathy, thrombocytopenia, or other bleeding tendencies; severe cardiopulmonary disease; systemic corticosteroid therapy; uncontrolled diabetes mellitus; known allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the study medications; or dementia.
