- •ASA physical status II subjects undergoing elective caesarean delivery under spinal anaesthesia with Body mass index of 18.5 â?? 34.9 kg/m 2
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •Patients with a history of cardiac, respiratory, renal or hepatic failure
- •Coagulation disorders
- •Local infection at the site of block
- •Psychological disorders
- •Allergy to study medications
- •Chronic use of pain medications or adrenoreceptor agonists or antagonists
- •History of tolerance to opiates
- •BMI >35 kg/m2
- •Height <150cms
- •Pre-eclampsia
- •Contraindication to neuraxial anaesthesia
