入选标准
- •1.Patients diagnosed to have COPD according to GOLD criteria â?? post-bronchodilator
- •FEV ?/FVC < 70% and FEV ? < 80% of the predicted.
- •2.Patients clinically stable without baseline Oâ?? desaturation.
- •3.Patients having no history of acute exacerbation in the past 3 months.
- •4.Age â?? 40 to 80 years.
- •5.Total duration of illness â?? 1 to 30 years.
- •6.Patients giving informed consent to undergo study related testing.
排除标准
- •1.Unstable patient as per clinical assessment.
- •2.Patients with clinical, laboratory or radiological evidence of pneumonia, active pulmonary TB,bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis, bronchogenic carcinoma, asthma or interstitial lung disease.
- •3.Patients with evidence of Heart Failure, acute myocardial infarction (AMI), congenital or
- •valvular heart disease.
- •4.Patients with CVA, weakness of the lower limbs or peripheral vascular diseases.
- •5.Patients with BP > 180/110 mm Hg or Heart Rate > 140/min or Oxygen saturation (SpO2) <
- •80% prior to 6 minute walk test.
- •6.Patients who are unwilling to undergo study related testing
