- •Patients with carcinoma breast who are candidates for modified radical mastectomy
排除标准
- •Patients having any of the following:
- •1. Recipients of corticosteroids/
- •immunoglobulins within past 4 weeks
- •2. Pregnancy
- •3. Coagulation disorders.
- •4. Cushings disease.
- •5. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
- •6. Gastritis/ gastrointestinal ulceration
- •7. Severe hepatic/ renal impairment.
- •8. Osteoporosis.
- •9. Immunocompromised states.
- •10.Glaucoma
- •11.Severe systemic bacterial, viral or fungal
- •infections.
- •12. Preoperative deranged cell counts,
- •C- reactive protein or cytokine profile
