- •- Those who understand the purpose of the study and voluntarily agree to participate in the study.
- •- Those who possess a device with an internet connection and are able to participate in online education
排除标准
- •- Individuals who are unable to participate in the study because of a planned transfer or deployment during the study period
- •- Nursing military personnel (not officers) working in medical facilities at the division level or below
- •- Participated in focus group interviews,pilot test or curriculum development during the curriculum development phase
