入选标准
- •Patients having waist circumference More then 80â??cm for women and More then 90for men
- •Patients within age group of 25 to 45years
- •Both males and females will be included
- •Patients who are willing to give informed consent
- •Patients who have not practiced yoga and naturopathy since past 6 Month
排除标准
- •Patients with chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease cancer renal or liver diseases
- •Pregnant and lactating patients
- •Patients having age group less than 25 and more than 45 years
- •Patients who are regular yoga practitioners will be excluded
