简要总结
Occupational low back pain is a prevalent cause of functional disability. This randomized clinical trial aims to compare the effects of the Pilates Method and conventional kinesiotherapy on functional disability (Oswestry Index) and health self-perception in workers with occupational low back pain.
详细描述
The study enrolled 18 workers diagnosed with occupational low back pain. Participants were randomly assigned to one of two intervention groups: the Pilates Method or conventional kinesiotherapy. Clinical and functional evaluations were performed at baseline and post-intervention to assess the therapeutic outcomes.

研究组 & 干预措施
Pilates Method
Participants underwent a rehabilitation protocol based on the Pilates Method.
干预措施: Pilates Method (Other)
Conventional Kinesiotherapy
Participants underwent a conventional kinesiotherapy exercise protocol.

结局指标
主要结局
Functional Disability
时间窗: Baseline, 5 weeks, and 6 weeks
Functional disability was assessed using the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) questionnaire. The total score ranges from 0 to 100%, with higher scores indicating a worse outcome (greater level of disability).
次要结局
- Health Self-Perception(Baseline, 5 weeks, and 6 weeks)
