•1) Patients undergoing ambulatory gynecological surgery under general anesthesia or gynecological surgery that is expected to take less than 30 minutes
•2) Adult female patients aged 20-60 years
•3) American Society of Anesthesiology Classification 1,2 patients
•4) Patients who gave informed consent to the study

•1) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical classification III or higher
•2) BMI > 40kg/m2
•3) If you are allergic to remimazolam or profopol or to other drugs used in the study (benzodiazepines, propofol, remifentanil, fentanyl citrate, rocuronium bromide, sugammadex, flumazenil)
•4) If the operation is expected to last more than 2 hours
•5) If antidepressants, psychiatric medications, rifampicin, succinycholine, neostigmine, flumazenil, or cyclosporin are administered before surgery
•6) If you have a serious illness that can affect your systemic condition, including cancer or cardiopulmonary, liver, or kidney disease.
•7) Patients with galactose intolerance or lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption
•8) Patients with medical or psychological diseases that may affect treatment response, patients with life-span disorders
•9) Pregnant women
