入选标准
- •1.?Symptomatic women with uterine fibroids who wish to preserve their uterus
- •2.?Age between 20 to 45 years
- •3. women with regular menstruation.
排除标准
- •1.?Women less than 20 or over 45 years of age
- •2.?Use of Gonadotropin releasing hormone agonists or oral contraceptive in the past 3 months prior to recruitment.
- •3. History of use of phytoestrogen or herbal medication in the previous 3 months before recruitment
- •4. Women with clinical features of ovarian insufficiency
- •5.?Patients who were identified with any disease other than myoma (polycystic ovarian syndrome, endometriosis, tumor, etc.) during surgery
- •6. Association with adnexal tumors or previous adnexal surgery at the same time
- •7.?Positive pregnancy test
