- •Resectable (ovarian, endometrial, cervical) cancers.
- •Anaesthetically fit (ASA 1 and 2).
- •Abdominal pannus below symphysis pubis.
排除标准
- •Non resectable gynecologic cancer.
- •Unfit patients.
- •Patients who refuse to share in the trial.

Oncologic outcome
时间窗: 2 weeks
measured by number of lymph nodes retrieved and rate of optimal debulking.
