- •Exclusion criteria: systemic disease? use of antibiotic at least one month before and during the study period ? severe dental malocclusion and crowding?presence of subgingival pocket more than 3 mm and crime ?presence ofharmful Oral habits ? treated periodontal (including scaling and operation) in the last six months ?pregnant women
