- •patients above 60 years admitted with unstable angina or non STMI admitted to cardaic care unit who does not have contraindications to anti coagulations
- •patients above 60 years who are has under gone PCI with bivalrudin periprocedurally requiring anti coagulation after procedure
排除标准
- •patients who have underlying coagulation disorders,ulcer disease,maliganancy,recent surgery ,recent cerebrovascular event less than 3 months or active bleeding
