•1. are aged between 19 and 65 years
•2. diagnosed first or relapse major depression disorder, are major depression episode within 30days before screening day
•3. Hamilton Depression rating scale(HAM-D) scored 7~24
•4. agreed with written informed consent

•1. is risk of suicide
•- scored =2 of No.3 question at Hamilton Depression rating scale(HAM-D) or on scored =midium at Korean suicice risk screening test
•2. had serious psychological condition, or can not follow clinical trial because has comunication disorder by mental disorder, mood disorder.
•3. pregnant, expecting pregnant or nursing women
•4. had serious unstable medical condition by lab study, vital sign
•5. had abnormality on lab study with depression (ex. hyperthroidism, hypothyrodism)
•6. had separation by death, obviously stress, acute stress reaction
•- Social Readjustment of Rating Scales scored = 200
•7. take exclude therapy within these days
•a. take all psychotropic within 30 days on screening day(ex. antidepressant, anxiolytic, antipsychotic)
•b. take non-psychopharmacologocal drugs that have psychotropic effect within 14 days on screening day
•c. take all psychotherapy within 30 days on screening day
•d. take electroshock treatment, transcranial magnetic therapy within 30 days on screening day
•e. take all oriental medical treatment for depression within 14 days on screening day
•8. had inflammatory disorder at acupoint
•9. had hemorrhagic disease or taking anticoagulant drug
•10. had serious head injury, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction or had another serious physical disease.
