- •Patients between 5 and 10 years of age with congenital and developmental cataract
排除标准
- •Patients having active or chronic inflammation, uveitis and secondary glaucoma
- •Family history of glaucoma
- •High myopes
- •Presence of any gross ocular pathology like micropthalmos, aniridia,coloboma
- •Presence of PHPV, retinal detachment
- •Presence of significant corneal opacity
- •Significant systemic diseases which may make the child unfit for surgery
- •Any subluxation of the lens
