入选标准
- •1. Age: 18-65 years, either gender
- •2. Patients with bipolar affective disorder (BD) and currently in remission (F31.7) as per
- •clinical assessment based on ICD-10 criteria (WHO, 1992)
- •3. Clinically stable for 4 weeks or more.
- •4. Currently score =8 on Youngs Mania Rating Scale (YMRS) and =13 on 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAM-D)
- •5. Able to read and write
- •6. Willing for informed consent to participate

- •Significant medical illness that has potential to interfere with study assessments (as per
- •known history)
- •Significant current psychiatric or substance use comorbidity (except for nicotine) (as per
- •known history)
- •Intellectual disability or organic brain syndrome (known history)
- •Uncooperative patients or those unwilling to participate
