- •Sepsis patient with PIRO Score of 1 to 3
排除标准
- •Creatinine value greater than 2 mg per dl
- •Acute coronary syndrome
- •Primary diagnosis of Cardiac dysrthymia
- •Active GI Haemorrhage
- •Burn injuries
- •Need for immediate surgery
- •Status Asthmaticus
- •History of recent organ transplantation
- •contra indication to central venous catheterisation
