•1. meets the criteria of speed reduction and grip reduction in the diagnosis of sarcopenia (step speed <=1.0m/s, grip strength: male<26kg, female<18kg.);
•2. Aged 60 to 100; BMI<24.0kg/?or an unintentional decrease in body weight of 5% within 1 year.Balance test score (score less than 40 points) without balance disorder;
•3. The health condition is stable and can be self-motivated;
•4. Clear consciousness, able to clearly express their own situation, cooperate with the completion of the body assessment test and complete the intervention;
•5. Living time in the old-age care institution>=1year;
•6. Voluntary participation and completion of the consent form.

•(1) Cannot move and cannot stand up from the chair independently;
•(2) Those with serious primary disease such ad liver, kidney, hematopoietic, and endocrine systems);
•(3) Chronic cardiopulmonary insufficiency (can not perform normal daily activities, grade ?? of heart failure, or a walk test that cannot tolerate 6m;
