- •Inclusion criteria
- •1.Individuals who have classical sign and symptoms of krishta
- •2.Individuals who have BMI less than 18.5 in both male and female.
- •3.Age between 17-34 years.
- •4.Healthy individuals with vatapradhana prakriti
- •5.Individual having only vegetarian diet.
- •6.Acceptable Ideal body fat percentage for Male is 18-25% and in female is 25-31%.

- •Exclusion criteria
- •1.Individual having sleep disturbance like insomnia.
- •2.Individual having HTN, T.B., Diabetes, Juvenile DM, chronic disease, congenital anomalies, Renal dysfunction.
- •3.Individual below 17 years and above 34 years.
