•1.Adolescent male soccer players(10-19yrs) (WHO).
•2.Players playing for a professional club.
•3.Ability to understand the purpose of the study and voluntarily consent to participation.
•4.Players who underwent pre-season training and are playing the season.
•Recreational Adolescent soccer players
•1.Adolescent male population (10-19yrs) (WHO).
•2.School going adolescent students.
