入选标准
- •1.ASA physical staus I and II patients
- •2.Aged 20-60 years
- •3.Both sexes
- •4.Presenting for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia.
排除标准
- •1.Patients who do not give informed consent.
- •2.ASA III and above patients.
- •3.Patients with history of neuromuscular disease, drug or alcohol abuse, coronary artery disease (CAD), cardiac arrhythmia, hypermagnesemia, neuromuscular disease, increased intraocular pressure, hiatal hernia, or gastroesophageal reflux.
- •4.Patients with anticipated difficult airway.
- •5.Patients taking calcium channel blockers.
- •6.Patients having known sensitivity to the study drug.
- •7.Pregnant women and lactating mothers
- •8.Patients in whom surgery could not be completed laparoscopically.
