- •1. patient age >= 18 years
- •2. postoperative FESS in Srinagarind hostpital in 4 weeks
- •3. opening of all sinus adequately
- •4. be able to cooperative
排除标准
- •1. DNS which not have correct
- •2. tumor in paranasal sinus or nasal cavity
- •3. use to skull base surgry before
- •4. fibrous that obstruct or inadequate opening of sinus
- •5. allergy cintrast media or seafood
- •6. pregnancy
- •7. acute sinusitis
- •8. cleft lip and not yet surgery for repaire
- •9. allergic xylocaine or oxymetazoline
