入选标准
- •1. Age range: 18-60 years, 2. Presentation of neck or shoulder pain lasting more than 72 hours, consistent with the diagnosis of myofascial pain syndrome, 3. Palpable painful point within the upper trapezius muscle, and 4. Pain score assessed by a visual analogue scale exceeding 40 mm.
排除标准
- •1. History of other disorders in the neck and shoulder regions, 2. History of systemic disease, 3. Having contraindications for dry needling, and 4. Received dry needling treatment within the previous month.
