- •Children undergoing surgery under sevoflurane anaesthesia with supraglottic airway device
排除标准
- •1) Refusal to participate by parent/guardian
- •2) Any known nasopharyngeal / oropharyngeal pathologies (e.g. Adenoid hypertrophy, cleft palate, significant tonsillar hypertrophy â?? grade 2 or more)
- •3) Anticipated difficult airway
- •4) Coagulopathy
- •5) History of nasal bleeding in the past
- •6) Known case of OSA/OHS
- •7) H/o CSF rhinorrhoea
- •8) H/o head injury with base of skull fracture
- •9) H/o trans-nasal surgery
