- •1.Age 18-60 years
- •2.ASA- I and II
- •3.Patients undergoing craniotomy for supratentorial tumors
排除标准
- •1.Patientââ?¬•s refusal to participate in the study
- •2.Patientââ?¬•s with Glasgow coma score <13
- •3.Patientââ?¬•s with signs of herniation
- •4.Preoperative hyponatremia (serum sodium <130 meq/L) or hypernatremia (serum sodium >150 meq/L)
- •5.Uncontrolled diabetes or Hypertension
- •6.History of renal impairment
- •7.History of unstable angina or myocardial infarction within past 6 months, congestive cardiac failure
- •8.History of Significant pulmonary disease
