入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Pediatric patients aged between 6 months to 7 years
- •2. Pediatric patients undergoing surgery requiring thoracotomy e.g., PDA ligation, coarctation of aorta, lung resection surgery etc.
- •3. ASA I or II
排除标准
- •1. Patient on anticoagulation or bleeding disorder
- •2. Contraindications for Regional Anesthesia - Local site infection, allergy to local anesthetics, consent refusal
- •3. Preoperative lung consolidation, mechanical ventilation, severe LV dysfunction or, anticipated need for postoperative mechanical ventilation more than 6-8hrs
- •4. Pre-Existing severe renal or hepatic insufficiency
- •5. Patients requiring sternotomy for their surgery
