•1.Patients suffering from a pathological condition like a bone tumor, spine tuberculosis
•T.B. Spine, Tumors of Spinal Cord, Malignancy of Pelvis, Cauda-equina Syndrome.
•2. Patients who have taken medicine of corticosteroid drugs or immune suppressant within
•the last 6 months.
•3. Patients with diabetes mellitus and other chronic disorders which may affect the
•outcome of the study.
•4. Pregnant/ lactating woman.
