- •2.Patientâ??s next-of-kin consenting to the study protocol.

- •1.Patients with ocular trauma.
- •2.Patients in whom transcranial window is not available for doppler.
- •3.Patients with previous CVA, cerebral aneurism, intracranial pathology and neurosurgery.
