- •Subjects having serum uric acid concentration more than 7.0 mg/dl in males and more than 6.0 mg/dl in females.
- •Subjects exhibiting lakshana of gambhira Vatarakta - sandhi shula, sandhi shotha, sandhi daha, and sandhi stabdhata
- •Subjects having chronicity less than 5 years, without the manifestation of tophi and not associated with complete joint destruction.
排除标准
- •Pre-diagnosed cases suffering from:
- •Kochs arthritis
- •Septic arthritis
- •Rheoumatoid arthirits
- •Heamarthrosis
- •Renal calculi
- •o Chronic renal failure
- •o Severe Systemic multi organ syndromes
- •Subjects on oral medication for gout or any other medical condition for more than 6 months
