Continuous radiofrequency abltion followed by pulse neuromodulation is an alternative treatment for cervical facet joint pain syndrome, providing adequate success rate and duration of pain relief as continuous radiofrequency abltion alone but with significantly fewer postoperative complications

- •Patients who presented positive diagnostic cervical medial braches block defined as pain relief more than 50%from baseline
排除标准
- •Patients who repeated cervical
- •radiofrequency ablation, patients presenting neck pain with radicular symptoms,malignancy, psychological problem, language barrier, history of allergy to radio-opaque contrast solution, lidocaine or bupivacaine and inadequate medical records.
