- •3. Parturients posted for c section under spinal anaesthesia
- •4. parturients undergoing c section by pfannenstiel incision
排除标准
- •1. parturients refusal
- •2. parturients with known sensitivity to drug under evaluation
- •3. parturients with known systemic disease
- •4. parturients with complicated pregnancy
- •5.any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia
- •6. severe fetal distress
