Managers' confidence in supporting the mental health of employees. [Managers' confidence is measured using a 6-item scale, presenting 6 mental health-based scenarios in which participants indicate their confidence for each scenario from 1 (Not at all confident) to 5 (Extremely confident), resulting in an overall confidence score ranging from 6 to 30.
